Aside from my work as a psychotherapist, I have also had the opportunity to participate in several TV shows and sports competitions. As a competitor and semi-finalist on American Ninja Warrior season 14 and 15, I have demonstrated my determination and resilience under pressure. I also won Lebron James' Million Mile challenge, which has allowed me to establish my nonprofit, Ji4Life. My media appearances have also included podcasts, newspapers, and other outlets, giving me the chance to spread awareness about the importance of mental health, inclusivity, and unwavering kindness.
